While ENMU-Roswell does not offer a petroleum engineering degree, it provides career and technical training that supports energy-adjacentcareers.
Career & Technical Programs
Programs include:
- Agricultural Mechanics and Technology (focused on electricity, hand tools, power tools, welding, off-road machinery, and small gas engines)
- Automotive Technology (including light-duty diesel systems and electric/hybrid vehicles)
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)- through Community Workforce Training
- HVAC & Refrigeration (commercial, industrial, and residential)
- Office Management and Technologies (critical for office support, computer-based programs, and business management)
- Welding (including structural fabrication and pipe)
These programs build mechanical, safety, and operational skills applicable across energy and industrial sectors.
Foundational & Transfer Pathways
Associate degrees are designed to transfer to ENMU-Portales or other four-year institutions.
