SkillsUSA New Mexico hosts a wide range of competitive events designed to showcase career and technical education (CTE) skills across industries. These competitions allow students to develop real-world technical, workplace, and leadership skills, with opportunities to advance from local and state contests to national competitions.
The 2026 SkillsUSA New Mexico State Leadership & Skills Conference will take place March 18–21, 2026 in Albuquerque and will feature dozens of competitions across fields such as construction, healthcare, IT, manufacturing, public safety, and creative arts.
